Academic
Ø To organize University/State/ National/ International level Seminar/Conference/ Workshop per year seeking funds
from the UGC, other funding agencies or self-funded to strengthen the research culture of the College.
Ø To start Post Graduate Programmes of Shivaji University, Kolhapur on regular mode.
Ø To install Incubation Centre in the College to promote entrepreneurship among the students.
Ø To promote the teaching staff for research publications.
Ø To add the staff with more number of Ph. Ds.
Ø To organize Lead College Activities to support teaching-learning process for the benefit of the students and teachers.
Ø To start self-designed add-on, skill based certificate courses.
Ø To prepare for Sanstha and University Academic and Administrative Audit (AAA) every year for quality enhancement.
Ø To face NAAC Peer Team for the 4th Cycle of Accreditation.
Ø To organise University Sponsored Lecture Series.
Ø Apply and get MRPs from various agencies.
Ø To increase academic Collaborations, Linkages and MoUs.
Ø To strengthen Placement Cell and Career Counselling Cell.

ü To construct a new Ladies Common Room in campus.
ü To develop the Digital Classrooms for Post Graduate Courses.
ü To construct a new IQAC Room and Documentation Center.
ü Prepare eco-friendly College campus.· To develop Departmental Libraries.
ü Add ICT instruments for enjoyable & students friendly teaching-learning.
ü To develop Physical Education Department with advance facilities for Sports Students.
ü To develop a Garden with medicinal plants in botanical garden in the premises.
ü To renovate the College Building with necessary facilities.· To develop Science Laboratories.
ü To start paperless College Office.
